If you think you may be a candidate for a partial knee replacement through a mini incision and are wondering if it would be worth a trip to Omaha for an evaluation,

Here is what to send:
A copy or your x-rays of your knee which include three views: AP standing, Lateral X-ray and Patella sunrise view.

If you have had an MRI scan done, please send me a copy of that disc along with the x-rays.

Also, fill out Dr. Kelly's knee information sheet and include that with the x-rays. (click here for the form)

Please include a telephone number where we can contact you and my nurse Julie will let you know whether it is worth you coming to Omaha for an evaluation.
